Currency and Payment Methods:
All payments for products purchased on our website must be made in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR). We accept the following payment methods:
- Bank transfers or direct deposits to our company account. Payment references must be included with all transactions.
- Online card payments, including credit and debit cards, through our secure payment gateway.
1.2 Payment Timeframe:
Customers are required
to pay the full amount for their order within 6 hours of placing the order to
process the order. If there are any changes in the price of the product during
this period, the customer will still be eligible for the original price.
However, if the payment is not received within 6 hours, the order will be
automatically canceled.
1.3 User Responsibility:
It is the customer's
responsibility to ensure that their payment information is accurate and
up-to-date. If there are any issues with payment processing, customers should
contact our customer service team for assistance.
1.4 Vendor Responsibility:
Vendors on our website
are responsible for setting their own prices for their products and for
determining their own payment and refund policies.
1.5 Dispute Resolution:
In the event of a
payment dispute or issue, customers should contact our customer service team
immediately to resolve the matter.
1.6 Security:
We take the security
of our customers' payment information very seriously. We use industry-standard
encryption and security protocols to protect their data. We do not store
customers' payment information on our servers and only use it for the purpose
of processing their transactions.
